- Massage - 30 minutes
  $40.00
  A 30-minute massage is enough to target half body and unlock some deep tension and knotted muscle to prepare or recover from a sporting event or release a general tension build up from work and other stresses.
- Massage - 45 Minutes

  An hour gives more scope for unlocking deep held tension in the body and the benefits of a full body massage.
- New Patient Consultation
  If this is your first appointment, please arrive five minutes early to fill out any relevant paperwork before your session.
  
  Your Osteopath will discuss your health history and any current issues that are troubling you. You will receive treatment where appropriate and have an action plan in place to help you progress from there.
  
  If this is for a child under 5 years old, please select the next category.
  
  The first session takes up to 45 minutes and will be either $45 for ACC related claims or $80 for private sessions.

  For this first appointment, we'll start with a chat about your baby. We'll ask questions about the pregnancy, birth and beyond and do a full body exam to check for general physical health.
  
  If we find any potential trouble we can refer to specialists where needed or give Osteopathic treatment to help the body. Treatment is gentle yet can be very effective for a new baby even if there are no obvious concerns.

  If you've had an accident you may be covered by ACC to pay for part of your treatment. You don't need a referral as we are registered ACC providers and have the relevant paperwork here to lodge your claim.

  Osteo treatment is a gentle, non-invasion way of helping a young and developing body. The stress of birth can put quite a strain on the baby and Osteopathy can help unwind these strain patterns to help with healthy development.
  
  Treatment can take place soon after birth and can help with a wide range of potential problems. Then, as they start to grow and speed up, Osteopathy can help with all the knocks, falls, bumps & bruises.
  
  And don't forget mum!

  Following on from the initial consultation, Jess will guide you through your ongoing and tailor made plan.
  
  One-to-one instruction ensures you will perform the exercises correctly and get the most from your Pilates session

  Enjoy a personally prescribed pilates session with your experienced Pilates instructor and osteopath.
  
  The session will involve Osteopathic assessment and past medical history screening where appropriate alongside goal setting, educational content to understand the ongoing plan and Pilates techniques and email follow up with tailor made workout, giving you the best result for strength, posture alignment for injury prevention and rehabilitation.

  Recover from injury quickly and effectively by strengthening the affected area.
  
  We'll take you through a manageable exercise and stretching plan that you can continue in your own time and a plan to help you get back to full strength and health.
- Rehab Training - Initial appointment
  $45.00
  Your first session with your trainer will look at your current injury limitations and fitness ability and find ways to improve your strength and movement whilst reducing pain levels and returning from any injury quickly and efficiently.
  
  You'll leave with clear instructions for you to follow at home and a plan to help you get back to doing what you love.
